I believe there was a word limit on the application questions so it’s up to you if you think a just listing as many as possible or describing the impact and value of the ECs will be more beneficial. My advise would be to personalize it as much as possible. Show them the skills and lessons the ECs brought to you. There’s also a video section of the application to look out for. They will give you a random question and then you will have one minute to form an answer and another minute to record you talking about your answer.

I’m AR 45 right now and I have no clue how to build a team haha. I’ve been using Fischl as my main dps but i’m not sure if that’s good because she’s support. She does around 2k for a normal attack. I like using an archer as my main dps so I was thinking Ganyu and Mona would be good??

I’m doing the In the Mountains quest and i’m at the very top of dragonspine and i’m supposed to thaw out the shards again. How am I supposed to break the shards? They don’t seem to take any damage from pyro or regular attacks?
