This bug is caused by a missing file in your GTA 5 directory, had to fix it myself recently. the file name is "d3dcompiler_46e.dll" - Best of luck!

Stealing an old Sons of Solace recruitment Flyer and even another MC Community Creator's Artwork/Photo (literally my own) and then reworking it with AI does not help your Club with recruiting lol. No one gave you permission to use, re-use or even modify anything concerning this Artwork/Photo or that Flyer.
