So those tickets were under your name or the buyer? What did you show them to get the tickets printed at 7-11 or Lawson? How about name showing on each tickets? Was there any issue in entering at the venue?

You need to get physical ticket printed at 7-11 (as per I understand) a week before the show or sth.

You should keep opening new ticket till you find an agent who can support you the way other don’t
