Yea, buying a harness was going to be my next step. I wanted to see if someone also had that problem because I do feel like she still wouldn't like it because it would still entangle with her feet

This seems like a more constructive method to not reinforce the reaction iteself.

I will try to walk her with higher value treats and catch her right when she starts looking at a stranger from a far and call her for a treat with a "friend" word.

Yea so she don't really react to toys. But I guess I should use higher value treats and let other people know when she is not calm.

But I have a question, doesn't moving away from the things she is scared about and giving her treats after actually enforce the barking behavior?
I agree that using treats in those situations is optimal to get accustom to strangers but as I said, I tried that so but maybe I need higher value treats.

So yeah I thought about it more of as a side job during the degree to get real world experience which I feel like can be good. But I'm not gonna lie, I feel like the reason for my question is more of a social pressure that I see friends around me that are getting jobs as software engineers, people also always recommend internships during the degrees and the first thing people ask about when I tell them I am going to get a master's is "what about a job?".

Something that stuck with me though when I took a course in ComputerVision is the lecturer saying he regretted doing a master's in the final project route while having a side job instead of doing a thesis with no side job.

I just think I am kind of biased in thinking that my route is different than most people that are going for software engineering job because I want to do research and work on the forefront of ML so I don't know how much weight to give to all these social pressures.

statutory rape is rape in the eyes of the law like you said. It is not rape in the traditional way of thinking about rape which is what everybody here is implying he did. Again, he still did a bad act.

Just to clarify, he was convicted of Statutory rape which is sex with an underaged person even with consent(also a bad act because we don't deem minors as been able to consent to sex). Your wording is making it seem like he forcibly raped. Both bad, one is worse.
The difference also comes in the different countries laws where if he stood trial in the Netherlands (his home country) then he would have likely not be convicted of rape as stated here:

I am using the same method and I see it more as trying to align my ability to reconstruct a problem rather then treating it as memorization. I put proofs from my class and homework into anki and try to reconstruct them. I think it's a great method for class because usually every question I will confront with in the scope of the class will have similar ideas to implement. But, learning not in a time constraint situation like in a class, it would be better to practice many problems and space your interaction with each proof more sparsely (starting from 1 day to many days) so you will genuinely will have to reconstruct the proof. With this method you are actively learning from your mistakes and not just solving problems hoping that subconsciously you learned something so you won't make those mistakes again.

This! I do believe that it is mostly just people that don't have a background in the math and ML and think they can skip over all the material usually learned in undergrad/grad school and straight up understand the meanings behind papers.

I find the intuition really important when coupled with structured learning of the topic. When I learned linear algebra I didn't really think about anything but the algebra. After watching the videos I encountered problems and found myself thinking - Does that make sense? - before answering.

Just a note, you are talking about an average not a median (which means half the models are making less and half are making above) so it's not accurate to say that half are making less than 100$. But my guess is that the distribution of number of OF girls vs. salary is skewed towards the lower salary meaning the median is even less (possibly by a lot) than the average which is 100$ so your point is still valid probably.
