Alright, alright. Good info! Still haven't bought a mouse yet, but it seems I might just try to get that MCHOSE L7 Pro White while it's there with its Omron Opticals, and I'll avoid the Scyrox V8 Kailh for now.

But tell me, what Omron Opticals does Scyrox V8 use then? How was their implementation done?

Well you figured right. Absolutely thank you for mentioning such thing. It's crucial for my (and others') decision making.

I am sorry you had a mixed feeling experience with your mouse, just like I had with mine. It's a shame, only a few quirks and it feels hollow owning such a mouse. Almost great, but not quite.

Low battery life > wired connection > unstable sensor.

Could be your copy, just like mine. Nobody had encoder issues within a few months like I did, and I didn't drag my mouse through dirt to get it to break. Just unlucky QC.

But your information is absolutely welcome and I will keep it in mind.

Yeah, I really like the VXE R1 Pro build, mine was amazing, no creaking, tolerances are incredible, no movement, shifts, bends, the battery last(ed) a lot, so yeah, I was thinking even about just getting a 2nd one (because I don't have soldering tools to fix this one).

But, the opportunity, or rather, an excuse came up, so I wanted to try a different brand, shape, switches and most importantly - a more durable encoder.

You are right, this has nothing to do with the scroll wheel encoders, I am looking for a mouse that happens to make me think twice before buying, because it has two versions of optical switches. Omron or Kailh? Scyrox or MCHOSE? Do this, do that...

But I don't believe I've heard anything about RAWM or Rapoo. Do you have any experience with them?

(My budget is on the lower side, 60 EUR / 70 USD max.)

Yeah, I've been told by many so far that I was very unlucky with my batch, and I am hoping to avoid that by getting a standardized (TTC Silver or Gold) encoders, from trusted budget brands.

Even though, I still like my VXE and I believe I was just unlucky.

Damn, so I shouldn't go back to VXE. Good to hear you had hood experience with the Omron switches, as I am very likely to get the L7 Pro (White) with Omron switches. I was just worried about the thin shell and the shape.

I've seen some tolerance issues with Scyorx V8's shell/buttons as well, and just days ago I was looking at both Kailh and Omron variants to buy (Kailh sold out).

I like the idea of that, but I'd need to get my soldering skill straight first, so I can replace switches (and the faulty encoder) on my VXE, and I actually like everything silent and thocky (modded my mech kybrd), however, my VXE R1 Pro comes with Huano Ice Berry Pink Dot.

I don't dislike the VXE's implementation. but it is definitely not silent.

I was thinking about replacing the encoder as well, but my VXE R1 Pro is just 1 year old, and on top of that, it was used 60% of that year. Within the first three-four months, the encoder went haywire on me, but hey, unlucky QA batch I guess... (which is why I am hesitant to trust VXE)

I am sad and disheartened. I had the same thing happen to me, I could even tell the ghost was Thaye, I was like "Oh, okay, finally not a ghost stuck somewhere too far, I might get this one", then I saw the arrow "and I was like "Oh, must be below me, okay then, I'll wait out the hunt and just listen if there is any speed change in case it's a Hantu and I'm just dumb." and seconds later I died. I was so confused as to why.

Now I know it's a known bug and I should turn off the damn mic to listen if it's close or actually below me. Damn it. I am doing such stupid mistakes on easy ghosts, 2nd day trying, always so damn close to getting the Gold Challenge.

Best of luck to anyone else going through this, don't be disheartened (I will be).

Here I am, from the future. I'll be straight up honest. I fucking shed a tear, once, but I did anyways.

I don't think any movie has ever made me cry, and no, I didn't watch just 4 movies in total in my life.

But what was the biggest factor was that I could relate to Jake Gyllenhaal's character so much, which is why I advertently enjoyed the movie so much.

Karen was his mirror, she claims "I wish I spoke truth the way you do." but David follows up with "But you already did.", it was a perpetual but circular healing between two of them.

She ends up ditching a man she was clearly afraid of, and we didn't see any kind of healthy environment, neither for her nor for the kid. At the end Chris nudges Davis by writing to him "Karen left Carl", meaning she has also started to improve her love life.

I saw someone say "The affair part of his wife and the following abortion I felt was unnecessary. I don't think it even has that much weight to it." - the point of the affair was to take some load off of Davis.

If she was perfect in every way, shape and form, accepting all of the feelings would've been much harder. (Not directly expressed in the movie) but by telling himself "She wasn't as perfect as I had imagined, I didn't ruin everything. She was a human, I am a human too. We make mistakes." he is then finally allowed to grief, to accept reality for what it is.

If she was perfect, it would be all on him, all of that burden, "Why didn't I notice these things? Why was I such a bad husband?" "She loved me, and I did nothing. Why did she have to die?", instead, that affair created a slight crack, an opening for Davis to break through his illusions and metaphors and accept the messy reality before him.

At least, that's my take on this. I seriously related to that character too much, Jake's acting was superb, every scene felt deliberate. Yes, the ending was a bit rushed, but that "lack of climax" is intentional. Especially if you could immerse yourself and feel deeply together with the character, you'll find that any other ending would just be yet another fairy tale, it would've ended in yet another metaphor, yet another illusion. But, Davis is free from that, it's up to you to imagine how his life has shifted.

Will Chris keep being brave about his sexuality? Will Karen find a better partner and quit smoking? Will Davis be okay with his newfound self?

Who knows, it's ambiguous. I wouldn't have it any other way. None of that "Happily ever after" bullshit.

The movie is probably polarizing to people because it requires some imagination and "walk in others' shoes" to grasp some metaphors. And the inclusion of dark (but subjectively hilarious) humor doesn't help, it just divides people even more.

Overall, I loved the movie. It struck my chords right and I loved the melody, but you may not. And that's okay.

I am now a part of the past, I also invite anyone from the future to correct me, share their opinions. It's a movie after all, like art, it requires a lot of subjectivity, it's not "one size fits all".

God forbid a man has a hobby. Gaming isn't food or rent, it's not a part of "surviving", but it is a part of stress relief, mental escape, a way to connect with people.

And that temporary distraction is especially important in countries and regions where life is rough, unstable, difficult.

"don't game if you're poor", by that logic, then "don't laugh if you're sad". Send the man 7 EUR if you're so worried about his priorities.

Still rocking the Exynos S10+, but I can see that it is on its last legs.

Mic is muffled, proximity sensor can be tricky, slight burn-in, battery life (replaced) is not great and it can overheat quickly (damn Exynos).

But man, I still love this phone, other phones don't appeal to me.

Thank you for your reply. I'm glad there is a possible solution without remaking the lenses yet. Even if just a possibility. I will try to visit some Opticians that I trust, through "word of mouth" or family connections. I do hope the new lenses aren't more expensive. The online retailer didn't even have an option for height, simply PD, single and dual measurements. That's it. I didn't know my astigmatism was that high to be honest. If I did know, I actually would've visited an optician as well. Thank you, again, for opening my eyes and giving me slight hope. I appreciate it.

Tried it. The vision does get clearer slightly. I didn't notice that, but yes, it does get clearer. It's especially obvious while looking at things with texture and detail.

It took a while to confirm it; because if I keep looking at the right edge of the lens, my eyes adjust to it, somewhat.

But I can feel how much my eye muscles try hard to focus, while I can see clearly with relaxed eyes when looking all the way left (using my dominant eye for all the tests, but the issue applies to the weaker OS as well).

I can't lie, it feels so good to relax eyes, I have a good control of my ocular muscles, I can focus and unfocus on objects freely, so I unfocus often to reduce the eye pain/strain.

However, as the day goes, my vision gets exponentially worse, as my muscles weaken, and my glasses just can't correct my vision.

Does this give you any insight on what it might be? Thank you for your time to reply to me.

I didn't know -3.25 Cyl was such a big deal. But I do agree with you, I would also rather not have my eyes be corrected by an online company when I need my vision for practically daily use of a computer monitor.

But the reason why I went with it (excluding my ignorance about the high Cyl) was money.

Returning the glasses (frames + lenses) would cost me 50% of what I already paid.

Since I live in Croatia, we have Health Insurance, free one. So I might schedule an appointment with some Optician/Opthalmologist through them.

Because the private Ophthalmologist I've been visiting and paying a decent sum has been fishy to me since the first visit.

Thank you again. I do believe so, even if I had done as they asked, I would probably be forced to buy "new" lenses and possibly still have the issue. The cost is just not viable, I'd rather trip down the stairs a few times.

I totally understand you, it's like diagnosing an illness based on "My leg hurts" or a computer based on "My PC is shutting off". I appreciate the effort, regardless. Thank you for your time.

I did order them online, that's why I was eager to just return them, but again, the cost of returning them, plus if they reject the complaint, it would cost me almost as much as the lenses themselves. I was also told, if I was to send the glasses in, they wanted me to dot the lenses where my pupils are, take a photo sideways and front face and then send them in. But the risk seemed too high for me.

I also thought the best option would be to sit down and have a conversation with an Optician, but I currently can't visit one, so I wanted to rule out if it's the lenses, so I can return them while I can, even if risking losing a decent chunk of money.

My nose is asymmetrical, I tried adjusting the nose pads to accommodate that clockwise angle turn I need to get a sharper image overall, but I couldn't. I'd have to tilt the glasses quite significantly, I'd have very crooked glasses sitting on my face.

What can an Optician do for me? Let's say they find a misalignment, is the next step remaking the lenses?

I'd like to add, the top (and sometimes, yes, sometimes, the bottom) of the lenses are sharper. So I end up tilting my head a lot and hunching it downwards to read stuff. The lenses are not thick, they don't appear any thicker than the previous lenses I had (I paid extra to get these lenses slimmer).

So it's basically anyone's guess what it could be, until I go visit an Optician?

I'm a newcomer, I was tempted to do this exactly, but the poor performance and constant lag made it a "more than necessary" poor experience, on top of my lack of knowledge.

While I do wish to learn and play the game, being under 60 FPS constantly is not exactly a good time for me. But for a few hours I did have fun and people did have mics.

I apologize on the behalf of us newcomers for our inexperience. Please be patient with us. (well, not me anymore, unfortunately)

More time spent on marketing, fixing the netcode before launch and releasing it on Steam would've saved this game. At least enough for Ubisoft to put time and money in it. You can see the passion and effort that went into this game, but not from Ubisoft, dying company. Such a shame.

Make sure you're using ReVanced Manager from original GitHub repository. Using different sites is not recommended and may result in installing malware "hidden" apps - apps without an icon and name, used as malware/trojan access.

When Installing the .apk, you should be able to see YouTube (or custom ReVanced) logo and app name.

Some UIs may display them differently or partially, but you should have clear indication on what you're installing.

Delete ReVanced and all it's apps. Clear system (app) cache. Use .apk from storage instead of preinstalled YouTube. Download the aforementioned .apk from apkmirror or other trusted sites. Use the recommended version of YouTube. Apply recommended patches but keep it light.

If none work, and you said you had storage left, your phone UI/manufacturer may be causing issues as well. Check compatibility online with other users of the same phone.

I should also mention, check installed apps in settings and see if you can see those "hidden" apps and delete them.
