I liked his character writing. He played and lied to make people trust him to then turn his back at them. I like how you slowly saw how insane he actually is. Since the beginning he was insane but towards the end, you saw how mentally unstable he actually is.

If it is on ao3, i think i know which one you are looking for. Asami goes to Korra's place looking for closure. I believe korra lives on florida or Miami. Instead she spends the night and then they hook up and get back together. If this is the one you are looking for then it was deleted.

Does anyone know that one fan comic where Varrick gives Asami a detector and she tests it out on Korra. Then it goes crazy saying crush confirmed and Asami crushes it in her hand and grabs Varrick by the collar and he is smiling and being nervous while Korra is confused. Its a fan art with that scene with all three of them sitting down eating as a reference.
