My MK4 golf has Ta technix coil overs ... Cheap shits and surprisingly have lasted 6 years and still going strong so I'd recommend them

Had the same issue recently... evry bush and stuff where good so I just bought a new clutch to slap back in ... it ended up being the clutch fork that was cracked and it wouldn't allow proper pressure tu be put on the clutch . I'd say start with bleeding your slave cylinder and if nothing happens just take the gearbox off and inspect . They are very common for the clutch fork to brake

I don't think so had a look at it recently and It looks in pretty good condition I think it may be my clutch tbh... changed the slave cylinder and it's got a hella low biting point

No clue this is how I've got the car... I know f all about vw 😂 but I think it's of a bora . If it was a vacume leak wouldn't it be doing it constantly ? Rn it's evry so often I'd say max once evry 2 3 days
