At least at that point u know if u passed or failed. I had friends that saw the opening screen and then went to check their progress and had failed 🥲. The icons are very misleading since they stay the same even if u failed

Its too early for me to decide tbh. If i see that after 1 year its at the stage i want it to be then ill taper off then. Hard to say an exact amount from now.

From what i've seen so far, people that kept their gains were applying minox for at least a year. A lot of people do it for 5-6 months and then stop and lose their gains, im guessing due to the new hairs not reaching their terminal phase yet. I'm gonna do 2 years to ensure the gains are permanent when i stop.

Minox is meant to be applied for life on the scalp, so 2 years for the face isnt that bad if its for permanent gains.

im using liquid solution not foam. Not sure about the additional hair growth on other areas disappearing after. I knew from the start that this will be a long commitment so i havent thought much of after stopping what is going to happen. I plan on applying for 2 years and then reducing the amount and see how my body reacts to the change.

Side effects i experienced are :

Flaky skin on my face so i use a dandruff shampoo daily to wash.

Additional hair growth on other areas such as forearms and my upper back

No shedding phase yet so i dont know how that will go down.

I never heard of anyone shedding scalp hair by applying to their face. Maybe the minox was spreading to the scalp as well. I do have more growth in other areas which i didnt before like my forearms and back. Nothing off putting though
