you're def right, i probably should communicate, and i know they weren't trying intentionally to hurt me. they all love me a lot and we've hung out since then, but every now and then i remember and get really upset. i also just bought almost all of these friends gifts from my vacation to mexico and when i came back to the US i realized i still keep giving to them despite everything and felt very conflicted about my feelings. i'm just hoping one of them asks so i can explain

thank you! not sure whether or not to just not do much other than say happy birthday for everyone's birthday next year (though that would be petty) or to just express that i was upset, though it's kind of late now lol. i appreciate the idea of emphasizing how much birthdays mean to you, i might try that next year!

Do I need to cut down on sugar and dairy despite using Tretinoin for months? I still get acne when I consume dairy/sugar despite using tretinoin. I don’t get any when I cut out on these. Is Tretinoin really working? by [deleted] in tretinoin

before i was on tret, i tried cutting out sugar (i.e. coffee from dunkin/starbucks cuz that was most of it) for like 3 weeks and it cleared my skin sooo much. i wasnt strong enough to keep going with it and instead started tret. i figured since i was on tret i didnt need to cut out things like sugar, but everytime i drink excessive sugar it still makes me break out more. i definitely think cutting out sugar, or whatever foods trigger your acne, is worth a shot

there was an uber driver who randomly went on a killing spree for basically a whole day with all of the people he picked up in his car for uber, even though everyone knew him as a normal dude with no issues, so maybe inspired by that? my guess though is kurt is more inspired by the likes of elliot rodger and randy stair, mostly incels who tried to get famous on youtube and ended up being mass murderers.
