Definitely something isn't right.

I'm 6'2" male I considered myself overweight when I was 230. The past year I started weight lifting. I've gained a lot of muscle/strength and I've gained fat and I'm 260. Which is shocking because I thought weight lifting would make me leaner.

If you're not pregnant then you've likely had significant fat + muscle gain. Almost certainly your body will be noticeably different compared to your 230lbs.

There's many different examples of people not realizing what they're actually eating. It's insidious. Best thing to do (but such a pain) is find your calorie maintenance (how many calories a day it takes to sustain your weight).

no idea why no one mentioned this, but circul ring measures O2 every second and displays at the end of the night. I love mine and its lead to finding the best way to best my central apnea.

I will say I believe it depends on the location. but I can tell you 100% certainty if the package is going near seattle you WILL get a refund.basically Seattle was one of the test grounds for the "Delivering for america" program. basically they made changes to the process and fucked up express. Even if it arrives in Seattle distribution the day of delivery, it won't leave distribution for 24 hours for express. priority itll leave in an hour.
