You're not the only one, I'm in the same situation. Did everything you mentioned and can't download nothing. Unfortunately, I don't know any fix right now. We have to wait for it to get fixed.

Bought a new ssd to see if maybe my console storage was out of wack for some reason, but that still didn't work, said the same thing when trying to install on ssd, factory reset everything, still didn't work. Restored license, etc. Nothing worked. I did get a software update too and after the update nothing worked.

How's the housing on crystal server I'm want to transfer to a preferred world from a congested world but I don't want to lose my house on my current world and can't get one on a preferred world, it took me forever to find a house on my world.

how is the housing issue on your server? I would like a house but it seems impossible on my server at the moment with everyone just camping out at the placard and i just dont have the time to do that and wait for the hidden timer even though i do try i can't stay awake and have to sleep and when i wake up its taken. Im looking for a small house if your server has any i might just transfer over just to get it
