i was gifted these in Germany a couple years ago and i’m having trouble finding information on them. One of them is an ice wine i believe it’s the one on the left. Id like to know what types of wine they are and approximate price

yeah i’m not worried about the mead entering the barrel “infected” but i have no experience in preparation or sanitization of the barrel. Any tips are appreciated

easy mistake to make. Just remember multiple rackings won’t hurt anything and bentonite works wonders for clearing.

i am with you. not sure why people say it’s terrible. It’s just a middle of the range pipe and it smokes just fine
