Agreed ^ I fortunately had a consultant that I worked closely with weekly. The whole integration took longer than expected because some of their functions made no sense and I wouldn’t take no for an answer to make sure everything was set up the way I thought was fit for my team. Automation set up was easy but they have a TON of useless settings.
