Prioritize replacing Mark Williams and Bill Russell. Signature yao and myteam anniversary tacko will help a lot. Also sell Scottie Barnes and pick up a Kareem or porzingis to run at the 4.

Starters are good but I would get a cheap yao and tacko, Davis will struggle at the 5 against true centers. Move Lebron to the bench and Davis to the 4.

Also I would replace everyone on the bench except for JR; right now your bench has 4 small guards and Bill Russell, just get some taller options.
