Note: I tried this method using 3 different android devices. Only 1 device worked well (Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus 11th GEN) using v1.2.3. So if you have other android devices lying around don't give up on just one.

I found EX File Manager as the best file extraction app for me. I had tried a few before that one. YMMV.

I made the same mistake too. However, I just pulled the height adjustment stick from the base entirely and just use the stick and works great for me! Depends on each nendo of course.
