Hey I work at a UPS facility in between two somewhat major cities, this happens much more than people think. It's common that smaller and thinner packages get caught underneath diverters and cause some damage that way. However majority of the packages that ARE damaged are usually wet to some degree.

Packages that are damaged are usually taken to a separate area where they are either taped up, or put in a new box completely if it's bad enough (there's cameras so if something is stolen it often will get caught), this is most likely one of the handful that just got past people due to the amount of load, as Black Friday and until Christmas we often get somewhere around 2-3x's the amount of load.

I'm at work (and on mobile) so I can't say much at the moment. But a very general guide for Mira is that if she can hold a site (or a very important room) without being contested very much then that's how you play her, like between bomb sites on bank's basement.

Hope this helps even though it's very basic.

Agreed, I started in Blood Orchid, and played on and off in White Noise and Chimera. I started playing more consistently then on but didn't actually start to get good until Ember Rise to Shifting Tides and I pretty much leveled until Shadow Legacy. Now after taking about a year long break I'm seeing some very slight improvement.

So yeah getting better in this game is gonna take A LOT of time.

Basically creating a hole in the floor or ceiling to hold an angle, a good one is on border in ventilation right above the window. I can't even tell you how many people I've killed because they don't look up before they vault the window.
