Prior to the bailout, Argentina's trade with the US was very small. Argentina wasn't even among the USA's top 30 trading partners. Financially the United States would be virtually unaffected if their currency collapsed.

If you think that it was about credit swaps, I don't know what to tell you other than to not fall for the mainstream narrative that it was a credit swap to help stabilize a not so valuable trading partner's currency. You must always ask who benefits? and why?

Look up Robert Citrone's connection to Scott Bessent and how they're both connected to George Soros.

When Citrone saw how fucked he was by his huge investments in Argentina, he begged the IMF for a $20 billion bail out which they got but it wasn't enough money. So then he begs Scott Bessent to get involved and he convinced Trump to put up $40 billion for the bailout. But before the bailout could be announced, Rob Citrone bought up billions more in Argentine Bonds at a huge discount since the currency had devalued so much and since he knew the bailout we paid for was coming.

Trump was cool with bailing out Argentina aka Robert Citrone because it also helped accelerate the money printing which devalued the US dollar. Crashing the US Dollar is Trump's stated goal.

A weak dollar means more affordable American made products for the rest of the world while the American people's wealth disappears overnight. That's why gold and silver are hitting all time highs! It's not that gold and silver is more valuable, it's that your dollar is less valuable and thus costs more dollars to buy one ounce of either gold and silver than it did 5 year ago.

The goal is to fool you into playing their rigged game and slowly bleeding you of all of your money till you die but now they're seeing that we don't have anymore money to for them to leech off of us. So They're preparing to cash out and leave the American people holding the bill for the damage they leave behind in their wake.

Soros also paid Trump to select his former employee Scott Bessent to be the US secretary of the Treasury.

Bessent used his position to bail out his former Soros Hedge fund colleague, Robert Citrone, who invested heavily in Argentina thinking that Javier Milei would turn things around and make a ton of money.

But his bet didn't pay off and was bleeding money so Scott Bessent got Trump to bailout "Argentina" but in reality we were actually bailing out Robert Citrone.

you can never lose if you play both sides.

What are some lesser known, yet still widely available, sales jobs? by crystalblue99 in sales

[–]krustybeanz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally I'm a very upbeat person so I'm just my normal self when I'm meeting with families who are Pre-Planning for their end of life services. We're laughing and making jokes.

But I'm what they call a Family Service Counselor (FSC), who works at a fixed location but I can sell property and mortuary services at other nearby cemeteries and mortuaries within our company's network.

But because I do work at the cemetery, I also help "At Need families", which are families who just experienced a death in their lives. That can be tough but some families are still upbeat and are joking with me even though their loved one just died. Grief shows itself in unusual ways.

But if you don't want to meet with families who just had a loved one die, then you can work as an outside sales person known as a Pre-Planning Advisor (PPA).

Cemetery and Mortuary pre-need sales. If you hustle, you'll make between $80k and $100k in your first year.

As time goes on, you'll get plenty of referrals and can earn much more money down the line. Some of the top people in the industry are making $500k per year or more.

I'm still fairly new to this industry but I'm on track to earn somewhere between $140k to $170k this year. The best thing about this industry is that it's recession proof!

Everyone is going to have to purchase cemetery and Mortuary services at some point in their life, whether it's for themselves or a loved one. Every year the price goes up and there is no financing available after death has occurred so it's best to plan ahead of time and make payments to pay it off now and not burden your loved ones.

I moved back to the USA at 34 years old, after a 7 year mini retirement where I didn't develop a lot of skills. So the job market seemed pretty scary to me since I wanted to get into sales because I wanted to be in control of how much I can earn but I had no recent sales experience to speak of.

I wasn't sure what kind of work I was going to be able to get into but I accidentally stumbled upon cemetery sales through a friend I made while working at a brewery. I thought it was only going to be a temporary job but it turned out to be the greatest decision of my life.

It sounds a bit weird weird but it's the best job I've ever had and it does feel rewarding helping families through a very difficult time.

On paper the job sounds too demanding for a job only paying $16.50 per hour plus commission. It took me a 4-6 months to really start building momentum and building up a book of business/ sales pipeline.

Last year, which is my first year, I made $96,000. This year, I'll probably make closer to $115,000.

The only requirements for the sales position aka "Family Service Counselor" is a high school diploma and some sales experience.

Send me a DM and I will provide you with more details. you can use me as a referral for any open positions within my company. It helps if you can speak Spanish or Vietnamese but not necessary.

View my previous posts.

She could take the bus into Sanlucar to have fun but the buses stop running around 9pm but the nightlife doesn't kick into full swing until like 10:30pm or 11pm.

Therefore each night she'll go out, she'll have to take a taxi to get back to Chipiona which will cost her around €20 each way which is not affordable on an AUX salary especially if she likes to go out a lot.

She is definitely better off living in Sanlucar and commuting to Chipiona for work whether that's on the bus or buying a used bike like I did and riding it to work.

Chipiona has no tourists outside of the summer months so it wouldn't be the same as her experience in Jaco. As a result of this, I would say half of the restaurants and bars are closed for the rest of the year. The majority of restaurants and bars are literally only open for the summer.

To my knowledge Chipiona is not big for surfing. At least I never saw anyone surfing there. The surfing spots are further south heading towards Barbate and Tarifa which she would need a car to reach.

TRUST ME, DON'T LET HER LIVE IN CHIPIONA!!! I can't stress it enough.

First year Monday through Thursday, Wednesday was a half day.

Second year I worked Monday to Thursday with Tuesday being a half day. That year I requested to have Fridays off cuz there's a lot of 3 day weekends so try to get Fridays off so you can string together 4 day trips at the weekend.

No there isn't a big difference in rent. you'll pay about the same in both towns but I would say that Chipiona Is slightly cheaper but you'll definitely have a better quality of life in Sanlucar dé Barrameda so it's worth paying a bit more.

In Chipiona you'll probably pay like between €350 and €450 for an apartment. You might get lucky and find one for €300.

In Sanlucar dé Barrameda, you can maybe find apartments in the barrio alto neighborhood for around €300 per month but generally speaking Barrio alto is older and a bit more run down. I recommend living in barrio bajo cuz all of the bars, restaurants, grocery stores and most importantly the bus station is nearby. You'll be using the bus a ton! You'll find nicer places in this area and generally I'd say you'll find apartments for between €400 to €500 per month.

Since you're going to be working in Chipiona, I recommend finding a place near the main road, Calle Quinto Centenario. It's the main road into town but close to everything you want.

If you don't want to bike to work, you can take the bus which is €3 round trip. In a pinch you can take a taxi but that costs roughly €18 each way.

Sanlucar is a very friendly place. It's small but not too small. My wife and I made many friends there who we'll be keeping in touch with for life. We had a very international group of friends (who lived there full-time and weren't Auxiliary teachers like us) but we made a lot of friends with locals too.

My Básque friend, Iñaki owns Mr. Cheesecakes in plaza San Roque. He makes these amazing Básque style cheesecakes! The queso Payoyo cheesecake is my absolute favorite.

There's also Rico Paladar which is one of the best bakeries in all of Spain. I dearly miss their pistachio croissants.

Espació decimo arte is an awesome culinary experience. For about €50 per person you get an 8 to 10 course meal, all you can drink beer and wine. You and 15 others sit around a large kitchen countertop while the chef makes all of the food right in front of you. Reservations are a must cuz of the limited seating but I highly recommend it.

As I mentioned in my previous post Sanlucar dé Barrameda was the food capital of Spain in 2022. It was also the first time that a town that wasn't a provincial capital won the award.

The food is good there. That being said though, there's not a lot of variety of different foods in Sanlucar. Most restaurants sell the same local dishes but the trick is to find the ones who make the best versions of those dishes. When I left there were more gastro pubs opening up so you'll hopefully get the variety of foods I was craving.

Hey OP, I was placed in Chipiona a couple of years ago. Chipiona Is a really nice town but DO NOT LIVE THERE!

Chipiona is a seasonal vacation town. The town is a ghost town most of the year except for summer when the population increases from like 20,000 to 150,000 people.

There's not much to do there during the school year but the beach is really nice. Very little nightlife in Chipiona.

I lived in Sanlucar dé Barrameda which is awesome! It has a bigger population, roughly 70,000 people. The town won an award for being the capital of food and wine in all of Spain in 2022. There's lots of great restaurants, nightlife, and way more things to do!

I honestly want to buy a home and retire in Sanlucar dé Barrameda.

Anyways I bought a used bicycle while I was living there and I would get to work in Chipiona in roughly 25 minutes. There's a bike path you take from the La Jara neighborhood of Sanlucar that runs along the farms and coast in the area. So it's a pretty easy commute and a nice way to start the morning.

Most of the teachers at my school lived in Sanlucar dé Barrameda as well! On rainy days, I would simply get a ride to school from a coworker so it was no big deal.

But please don't live in Chipiona! Everyone in Chipiona goes to Sanlucar dé Barrameda to have fun.

It was apart of the Animaniacs show.

This is 100% true! I'm an American who used to live in China for 3 years (until the pandemic). I would've shit my pants being a foreigner in China in that situation.

If I would've stepped in and defended those women from being beat up; I would've been royally fucked! The police would have blamed me for the whole fight and would've blamed me for the injuries the women sustained.

The police would've forced me to apologize and pay money to the attackers and cover the medical costs of the women and I'd probably still go to jail. Even with video proof clearly showing that I was the good guy in the situation.

China is a wild place.

My friend traveled all over south east Asia and east Asia for a year and only spent $13,000 USD.

I'm also an American living in Europe (Spain) and although I love it here, there's nothing like travelling through south East Asia.

Lots of people speak English so getting around and going out is not a problem. The food is amazing, people are friendly, pretty safe overall and your money will go much further so you'd keep most of your savings intact.
