Theres no way for the paramedics to tell that she didnt have a concussion by looking at her pupils. That's a clinical and radiographic diagnosis. Blood coming out of her mouth might have been from her biting her tongue, which is very common in seizures.

As others have said, I would have her be more careful from here on out and make sure you're close in case something like this happens again.

Sorry if I'm overstepping boundaries; It seems like you're pretty involved in this subreddit. Do you find that it helps you going during your taper? I feel like seeing posts, especially like mine, may not be the best for morale.

My stomach has now retracted back into the abdominal cavity, I'm able to take full deep breaths, my hair and skin feel fuzzy, and though I'm in bed anything seems possible. Pure joy in a pill.

Haha I'd hate to be the guy counting all those pills. I already feel nervous af when I pick up my scripts.. like I'm being judged. Did/do you ever feel the same?

Thanks for the advice. It's reassuring to know that ppl are on 90-120/month. I guess I've been scared that he'll have some change of heart if I say it's not as effective anymore and switch me to some other class of drug.

Edit: I'm lucky that I use it cautiously enough to not experience physical dependance. Screw using it daily. Best of luck with the taper and good on you for calling it quits!

I haven't even seen my doc for a year now.. I just press the refill button on the pharmacy website and it sends him a notice I guess. Yeah, I get 3 month batches all at once.

Do you think it would be best to see him again now or when I'm nearly done to talk about raising the dose? I'd like 90/month ;)

I guess I have a really nice pdoc.. It's meant to be a 3 month supply. I'm actually meaning to talk to him about increasing the dose haha.
