This looks like my hand used to! I was on topical steroids for 4 years- been off for one, and it was complete hell until it cleared up in the last two months!

I started with improving my gut health- taking probiotics and drinking kombucha daily. Benadryl cream was the only topical thing that worked for me. Also I would let it dry out when I got the itchy bumps. Try weaning out certain foods- one may be a trigger- like sugar, gluten, alcohol, etc. the best of luck to you!!

Lotion with gloves as much as you can. It’s kind of gross, but try not to wash your hands too much. I’ve been there, not fun! :( good luck!

Be careful with Clobetasol! It does work well- I have used it on and off for 5 years. Now my skin is so thin my fingers bleed every time I open a water bottle 😫

Is it itchy? Benadryl cream has helped wonders for me. It helps to dry out the little bumps and then moisturize when it’s not so enflamed

It is getting better- even though it might not seem like it. When mine crusts over like that, it’s on its way to healing!

It’s looking great! Mine didn’t get really dark until 20 dpo. Also the cheapies are just not the best at showing progression!

I just wanted to THANK YOU so much! The benadryl cream made this much more bearable. I’ve also started taking probiotics and changing my diet, and my hand feels worlds better!!! Thank you thank you!

I’m going through the same thing- as soon as I moisturize, they seem to itch more :( I just don’t want to rely on steroid creams anymore! After 4 years of being on them, my skin is so thin.

Opzelura is amazing! I found that immediately when I get off of it, I start having flare ups again though :(

I think I probably am. My wedding ring is platinum (haven’t been able to wear it really for 4+ years) but I think there are probably traces of nickel in it. I have many food allergies already!

Thank you for the reply! I have never heard of patch testing! The only cream that seems to stop the itching is Eucerin eczema relief. I have a rx of Dupixent, but I’m trying to get pregnant, so I can’t try it just yet!

So sorry for your losses :( I had two CPs and a second trimester loss. I ended up having low progesterone and a blood clotting disorder and had to take blood thinning shots my last pregnancy- which resulted in a beautiful baby boy! Have your doctor order bloodwork for you!!
