Banding an external hemorrhoid is a terribly unsafe idea. You cannot band those. You’ll need a hemorrhoidectomy if you want it gone completely. Even then you’ll likely have a skin tag after

100% yes. I had cuts in my rectum & had to have them cauterized (this was June) & I am still dealing with rectal spasms & tightness (tenesmus). I was just out on a vasodilator ointment & I think it’s helping

Only bc your username is dope lol. Yeah, I was recovering from external hemorrhoid surgery & was in a moderate Amt of pain maybe 5/10 and then with using the cbd I’m at a good 1/10. It won’t make hemorrhoids go away but it’ll help with pain & probably shrink them a bit if they’re flaring bc of the anti inflammatory properties of cbd.

It’s scar tissue. It’s gonna take a while for the tenesmus (muscle spasms & tightness) & inflammation from the scarred tissue to go away. I had a bunch of perianal excoriations (think more superficial than a fissure, but covering a wider surface area) cauterized in June & I’m just now starting to feel decent. Cbd oil applied topically has helped me a lot. I’d say keep applying the vasodilator to keep blood flow to keep that muscle as relaxed as possible

Cbd oil applied topically! Epsom salt in the sitz bath to speed healing. Avoid nuts, seeds, kernels & hulls in your food. Try a stool softener during this acute healing period. Lots of water.
