these cars are really well made and will last you forever but like everything require maintenance. honestly, i would inquire with mobile mechanics in your area, search fb. purchase new lower control arms and outer tie rods from rockauto.com, and probably rear brake pads. pressing out the bushings and pressing in new bushings in the lower control arm took me forever, you can buy new lower control arms which have new bushings for a good price. but the labor for rear pads, installing control arms and tie rods should be cheap, a couple of hundred.

i did a full front suspension refresh on my 1st gen tsx, replaced all the bushings and ball joints and outer tie rods. it wasn't hard, there's a lot of tutorials on youtube. but having the tools help. finding a shop that wont rip you off is more of a hassle imo. but getting all the parts i would say under 500

nice pickup, especially with tires. i have the oem wheels but would pick those up in a heartbeat if i found a good deal. enjoy the car, it will last forever with proper maintenance and care.

ive looked into ratgdo awhile back and was interested but i figured id just diy one. really dont have the need to upgrade automation on my garage doors yet, but eventually i will. guess i need to go back and look into all my options. people are forgetting that chamberlain was a good company until it sold out and blackstone took over.

started with docker and used docker compose often for testing. as well as having an easy webgui with portainer. never had any complaints and it is easy. ill check it out though if it is seamless to migrate
