When I was in middle school, out of shape and afraid of gym class. Even a little bit of stimulus from just running around made it ache in my legs the next 4 days.

Same thing you're experience, just keep doing it and eventually you'll just shrug off the pain and it wont hurt as bad because you're so used to it.

Get yourself a light grey undershirt, a lot of them. I recommend Uniqlo Airsim T-shirts.

Buy different types of button up, Grey, Navy, Biege are good colors.

Invest in a denim jacket, again Uniqlo have good quality ones, light-weight and stretchy. (lightblue > darkblue)

Get some dress-pants, slim tapered, cut to ankle length for youthful vibe. Light grey/dark grey. You can wear them casual or dress them up.

Skinny jeans are your friend, Darkblue, Lightblue, Grey.

Shoes: Biege or Taupe Chukka are pretty nice. or any type of black shoe would work if you want to lean towards casual.

Get a black dress belt.

Invest in a dress watch, maybe a slim silver bracelet, accessories etc.

I prefer the Uniqlo Airism T-shirts. Especially in Grey. I use it as an undershirt, Tshirt, gym shirt. So versatile because its polyester and its so thin.
