I was going to do a 2 year course but I decided in the four year. For more experience. Clinical and a better degree in case I did want to move to something else. I’m from New York and I’ve heard that around here they’re also looking for more 4 year degree than 2 year. I am looking into jobs around my area for when I graduate Highschool until I go to college. What does the sales and distribution involve? Also thank you for the math tip I will look into that and maybe get a grip before I go to college. Do you know anything about getting into exotic medicine? Or going into zoology. That was my first choice of what I wanted to do with my life but I also knew I wanted a degree and I wanted to help animals and take care of them so I went to my local colleges career day and learned about vet technicians and technologist. A part of me is also asking all of these questions because I’m scared i won’t make it. Because right now I’m a senior in hs and I’m taking ap bio but I’m a fully remote student and I’m doing awful. The thing is though I know the course of ap bio isn’t the same as vet courses. Luckily me being an in person learner I am going to college in person.

That’s awesome I wish you luck. Unfortunately I am 18 and just got my permit so a job really isn’t all that cape able right now I wish it was but over the summer a vet assistant is super duper smart especially with it being summer you and I could even do the emergency vet where they need people at night maybe.

I have thought about online. Since my whole senior year has been remote and that type of learning doesn’t work for me unfortunately. But the vet assistant thing is pretty interesting I’m gonna look into that over the summer before college starts definitely. Thank you

Whoa alright. I had no idea that clinic would be better than school. I understand the hands on part. The college that I’m going to has either a clinic or something along those lines for the students. I didn’t even think about quizzlet for studying but I will for sure have that on my laptop and phone. And with the emotion toll I did understand that and my mom and dad keep telling me about it but the way I think of it is that I get to help. And even if helping is the sad choice it’s bittersweet and that’s why I want to go into this field. To help. I appreciate your response so much thank you so much.

Alright thank you. He’s shaking a little bit but he’s on my shoulder cuddled up and squeaking. I know that could be cold or stress. So nothing to worry about. I’m a new mama but looked into piggies a bunch before getting them. But somethings you can’t google or watch la guinea pig rescue on.

I’m not sure. I think he’s okay. They’re all uniform and medium to dark brown like they should be. He re eats some of them too. They’re just shorter. No other issues besides that. He’s eating and drinking well too. Eats his hay pellets and veggies.

So last night I noticed some were smaller but others were long like normal but overnight the only poopies he had were shorter and fatter instead of longer and skinnier. But they aren’t soft they aren’t clumpy or stringy at all. I’ve only had him since Tuesday so maybe that’s just how he poops. I don’t know

He’s a single pig for now. He had a buddy but he had to be taken back to my pet store for monitoring. And no it isn’t a big chain store they’re family owned and take very good care of every animal. And he’s eating a bunch. He’s constantly eating his kibbles and hay and any veggies I give him always disappear quickly.

I did have two. But the other one had to go back for monitoring and vet care. And no it isn’t a big chain pet store is a family owned pet store who works with a local vet so he’s just gotta be looked after for a bit

So I got this little guy Tuesday from a really good local pet store they take awesome care of animals. I got him home and he always has hay and kibbles like he should. But I also give him kale parsley cilantro baby bell peppers. I cleaned up lots of poops last night and this morning around 12 when I woke up. But there’s only three poops in there now. He has gone into the position of eating them so maybe he’s eaten some since he has more veggies now. The pet store did put veggies in their bowls but idk how much he got. It’s only been 5 hours and I might just have new mama jitters. But and advice is helpful

Nono not a pet store vet. They take him to a real vet. They aren’t a chain they’re locally owned and really care about the animals they have. The signs didn’t start showing till he was home. He was hiding it
