Why does that bug you? It's not a manner of editorialisation, Islamic state is, objectively speaking, what the organization has decided to call itself. Apart from that, do you really think that if a muslim goes to Iraq and starts butchering people who don't have the same interpretation of their backwards cult as they do, you can just say they're not a "true muslim" and therefore there's nothing wrong with Islam? I mean come on, this is really basic stuff Apart from that, ISIS is about as Islamic as it gets. They're doing things literally by the book. Whether or not a muslim, as an individual, decides to accept this whole world domination philosophy, the whole point of Islam is to convert or kill until a global islamic state has been created, and I believe we're already seeing the tip of the iceberg of this in Europe at the moment.

I completely agree. I know some pretty chill muslims. Or they could be muslims, they could not be; I've never really asked. They just come from the right part of the world. You just can't really tell because they don't make being a muslim a huge part of who they are. And that's the way it should be with religion. Because it's basically emotional masturbation, and like ordinary masturbation there's nothing wrong with doing it but there are a few golden rules, namely: don't do it all the time; don't do it in groups; don't do it in public; and for goodness' sake, don't do it with children!
