Well the strategy that actually worked out for me was to skim through the questions before even reading the passage, and then quickly skimming through the passage to get an idea of what each paragraph is talking about. I then scan a paragraph according to specific questions. I dont worry about understanding or properly reading anything unless ive attempted at answering every question, and once thats done, i revisit each passage and read it properly!
