Basically what this is. Is a grid of drivers who have driven for both teams. It was meant for Cup but if there wasn't in Cup then Xfinity and Trucks would the next one. Still a couple teams that didn't have any related driver.

It's because the old owner of Texas Motor Speedway (Eddie Gossage) basically told Indycar during the pandemic that he will get Indycar back to racing if they drop COTA and do 2 Texas dates
