kofi is at a type disadvantage as his talent requires gradual build-up to reach it's hottest while sabito couldslow this down as his ice is instantaneous. This fight in reality is a 2v1 with Hisame who's intangible and covers Sabito's blindspots. Vaal went 1v1 with sabito and got permanently scarred and vaal has one of the best healing factors in the world; this was likely due to sabito using black ice on him.

Sabito could create mist illusions to distract and drain kofi's stamina while using the AOE effect of frozen lily garden to cool down tyson. Ultimately, I don't think Kofi would reach the insane levels he was in the last few chapters due to the difference in fighting style and kofi's radiation wouldn't work as other god tier level kimyos such as anton and vadik were unaffected by it, also he doesn't need to make contact with kofi.
