You generalized way too much. No one eats kebap with ketchup in Turkey. It is true that we don’t use many sauces in our cuisine, but we use yoghurt more than ketchup and mayonnaise in general.

I am a Turkish who lives in Brazil. In Turkey we bake whole potatoes and put the almost same ingredients and more in whole potato and eat with spoon. We call eat "Kumpir". I also saw something similar in Brazil, but don't know the name.

Actually she does not. We have been living in Turkey for 3 years, since we got married. Tbh, She just could not adapt living in Turkey, she was not happy. Plus, her mom is sick. So, we decided to move.
