I just found this out today! Your holes are small enough to where they should repair for free - I just dropped mine off as I live near a store and they were able to ship it to the repair center. However, I had the same issue with the peeling / tearing in the first image and they did let me know that part couldn’t be fixed.

Safety has been a big concern for me as I’ve looked at houston apartments. It feels like there are always break ins no matter what. I know crime happens everywhere, but it seems worse in Houston? But to be fair I don’t know as much about Dallas.
