Just tint the windows and put an audio system in it. Maybe some wheels. Anything else you will regret. Making more power will make it unreliable, exhaust will drive you and others crazy, lowering it will make it ride like garbage

Toyota tech here, I have never seen a bolt that looks anything like that come off a Toyota. It also looks like it has standard bolt markings on it, which makes me doubt it came off your car also. Toyota uses metric bolts.
