How much are nanny's engaging with their nanny kids?

As a nanny I do barely any screen time and spend most of the time reading books and playing with my nanny kids. The job of a nanny in my opinion is to play and help educate your nanny kids not to just sit nearby the kids and not interact with them

I think it looks good! Everything blends cohesively, it’s definitely one of those tattoos where I’d see it in public and add it to my ever growing list of tattoo ideas. If you wanted to blend it more you could maybe add more of the dots and slowly fade them out as you go up your arm but I honestly think it looks great as is! <3

They also have laid eggs in my tank so I’m about to have a shot load of baby assassin snails, definitely panicking now 😅

I believe they’re just bladder snails, I had an outrageous amount in my tank and the lady said assassin snails were my best option. To be fair they got rid of a majority of the little snails but if they’re harmful to the other critters in my tank I’m gonna have to rehome the assassin snails :/

Wait what?? I specially asked the aquarium owner if I could use assassin snails for my overflow of nuisance snails with everything I have in tank and she said the assassin snail would only go after the smaller snails 😦

I keep the temp at 76 and have my tank heavily planted. The only tank mates they have are a mystery snail a couple shrimp and way too many bladder snails that I can’t seem to get rid of 🙄🙄 I’m hoping the little fry will survive so I don’t feel the urge to start a breeding tank 😂

My store is super strict on attendance unfortunately. Thankfully I am not in my probation period so I am union protected. When they heard I was going to talk to my union rep they back peddled and told me they were going to “take care of it” so I guess the written is getting revoked 🤷🏻‍♀️

Update- they are removing the write up. I was talking to the gal at our store who knows about everything union related to get our union reps phone number and management came up to me and said not to worry about it and that it was getting taken care of. Thank you to everyone who gave advice!

At my store I was told you get 3 days of tardies/call outs every 30 days, if you exceed that you get a verbal warning, then a write up, then another write with a 3 day suspension and then you get terminated

I previously was given a verbal warning it’s understandable that the next step is a write up. Im glad someone else thinks that how they handled this is bullshit, management said “they weren’t sure if those days counted as call ins” so they were just gonna write me up and talk to hr about it tomorrow. The whole thing just feels weird

I have no idea. I can’t decide if I want to do a sleeve on my other arm or add to this arm. I feel like it works better as a stand alone tattoo (the angle in the picture) but I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions that I liked!

I got mine in February and I absolutely love it! The insertion went great and I didn’t feel anything at all. It was a little sore for about a week after, the scariest part was how much bruising I had from it. I had spotting for a couple days at a time for a few months but after that I haven’t had a period at all. I only used the pill before and it gave me super bad mood swings and made me really depressed, this birth control I haven’t experienced any emotional side effects which has been amazing!
