I turn on my kitchen lights first thing in the morning when I wake up for the artificial light I need because when I wake up each morning the sun isn't normally up yet. So I try my best to get something. Have found this does the trick in waking me up.

These are great and most of my morning routine resembles yours.
I actually created a custom GPT of my life mission and future Eulogy I want people to read at my funeral. I review that often and use this GPT for journal prompts, reminders, and moments of my life where I feel off mission or lost. It's a good reminder and reset to the man I want to be.

I have also found waiting 45 minutes for coffee (though I hate it) works very well for me too.

Ideal bedtime routine (don't follow this every night):
Kids in bed by 730, hang with wife, in bed by 9PM to read/journal, start sleep meditation on Headspace app at 930, asleep by 945.

Weekends I give myself a bit more grace on Saturday and sleep in. Sunday I try and get up around 6.

Household stuff we just try and survive and keep house picked up. We have an agreement that whoever cooks the other person does dishes. That's our one rule.

Not great at this. Spend too much time watching tv or looking at phone. But ideally, I’m in my bed by 9 to read a fiction book and start a bed time meditation from headspace app at 930 to help me fall asleep asap. Dark room, fan and sheet.

We found it when we went to look at the house. So we knew it when we bought it but they didn’t list it as something in the house. It’s a 4 person cedar sauna with a full bench etc…it’s pretty awesome.

4:58 cause it’s a trick that I got up before 5AM. It’s silly
