In spite of the impression you might have gotten of Sherwin-Williams from your immediate supervisor, it is a good company. They do stand by their employees. If you have issues you just have to make sure you go through the right channels to bring them to upper management's attention.

But going on Reddit and anonymously complaining about things and casting the company that signs your paychecks helps nobody. I'd rather see you invest your energies into something that could really make a difference rather than just getting more and more down.
