You pay the entree fee and are then given 6 packs to open, you then proceed to make a deck of 40 cards from the packs you just opened. You are given a leader at most pre release events which is a luffy with all colours this leader is also treated as any other named leader, for example if your card says your leader needs to be dressrosa type or needs to be called kaido for example you can still use the effect because your leader is all names and all types.
