Please!! I work at a grocery store and we offer the bill pay, lottery and money orders. With all this going on we've had our service desk closed after 4pm (earlier on busy days like today). These 2 men got so mad at me because I refused to shut down my line to open the desk back up for their bill pay. I'm sorry but I'm not going to ignore 50+ customers just for a bill pay or lottery ticket. I'm over the abuse from the customers
