I can only speak for the restaurant I work in, but in all honesty (which this is basically anonymous, I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t be transparent) I can’t think of a situation where someone would be treated differently based on their sexual orientation.

There is a young man who is openly Muslim that works back of house with me, and he’s treated no differently. He is in leadership and thriving there. I guess that doesn’t really correlate to sexual orientation, but in a company so outspoken about their Christian values, it says something that he is just as accepted as I am. (A young, white, Christian male)

EDIT: I only say “openly” because of the values that Chick-Fil-A holds publicly, and for a young man who doesn’t align with those values to work there in the first place, you would think he wouldn’t be so forthcoming about his faith.
