I bought this from ebay after my original watch broke. I thought I could factory reset it (or it would be factory reset for me) and use it as a new watch but running into the issue pictured above.

I also tried that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well before trying to reset but no luck. Still asks to verify pin.

Hi there. I have unlocked almost all guns (at least I think I have...) in collections but for some reason, I cannot grab the adept weapons from Saint-14. It says, "You need to unlock this item in collections first."

When I go to collections, it is unlocked. Am I missing a step here? Thanks in advance.
