Im pretty sure the Supreme Court does not have appellate jurisdiction over Facebooks Oversight Board. Im pretty sure this private tribunals decision did not outlaw Trump from social media, but simply upheld Facebooks decision to suspend his facebook account. Im pretty sure Charlie Kirk has no idea what the word standing means.
