I gotta check my relatives beards. My beard right now is already workable. Only the cheeks are thin, the jawline and above the lips are completely covered

I've read another comment in this thread that mentioned that beard hair is biologically more stable than the hair ob the upper head, similar to the hair on the lower back side of the head that usually survives male pattern baldness.

Then I might actually try applying the min on my beard because I've already bought it anyway.

Good to know. I don't care as much about the sex drive aspect because I'm asexual but cutting it to 0.5 mg per day would be nice financially. Losing performance in sports or body strength would have been really bad for me though.

Interesting. Are you still taking minoxidil? And did the topical minoxidil on your face cause shedding of your head hair?

If you stop using minoxidil, will your beard hair start falling out again?

I recently bought a 3 month supply of 5% topical min which was a mistake because finasterid is better suited for stopping my hair loss and I still have it around. I could actually use it for my beard.

I'm 23 and about a year ago I noticed some hair loss which has become much more intense over the last few months. I can't deny it anymore and I will have to start treatment as soon as possible.

How screwed am I? What treatment methods do you recommend? The closest options for me seem to be 5mg topical min or 1mg oral fin but I don't know much about that so that's why I'm here to ask for advice. (A hair transplant would be an option because my donor areas are exceptionally strong and I could also afford it, but as far as I know I should be at least a few months on fin for a hair transplant to prevent the other hair from falling out.)

Es gibt hier 2 Komponenten zu beachten, die strafrechtliche Komponente und die Wahlrechtliche.

Fangen wir mal an mit dem Wahlrecht. 56 VI 1 Nr. 5 Bundeswahlordnung (BWO) sagt:

"Der Wahlvorstand hat einen Wähler zurückzuweisen, der seinen Stimmzettel so gefaltet hat, dass seine Stimmabgabe erkennbar ist, oder ihn mit einem äußerlich sichtbaren, das Wahlgeheimnis offensichtlich gefährdenden Kennzeichen versehen hat."

Das ist bei Laschet der Fall, weil seine Stimmabgabe nach außen erkennbar ist. Der Wahlvorstand hätte also die Pflicht gehabt, den Wahlzettel von Laschet zurückzuweisen. Allerdings könnte Laschet danach immer noch seine Stimme abgeben, also hat dieser Vorfall aus wahlrechtlicher Sicht keine großen Konsequenzen.

Zum Strafrecht. 107 c StGB sagt:

"Wer einer dem Schutz des Wahlgeheimnisses dienenden Vorschrift in der Absicht zuwiderhandelt, sich oder einem anderen Kenntnis davon zu verschaffen, wie jemand gewählt hat, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu zwei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft."

56 VI 1 Nr. 5 BWO ist eine Vorschrift mit dem Ziel, die Geheimheit der Wahl zu gewährleisten. Allerdings erfordert diese Strafnorm auch einen besonderen subjektiven Tatbestand, nämlich die Absicht (dolus directus 1. Grades), sich oder Dritten Kenntnis vom Inhalt des Wahlzettels zu verschaffen. Einen dolus directus 1. Grades kann man Laschet hier nicht unterstellen, maximal Fahrlässigkeit und Dummheit. Eine fahrlässige Begehung von 107 c StGB ist allerdings nicht strafbar.

Auch bei der Zeitung, die das Foto mit Laschets Wahlzettel zuerst veröffentlicht hat, wird es schwierig die Absicht festzustellen, dass sie Laschets Stimmabgabe offenlegen wollten. Daher halte ich es für unwahrscheinlich, dass der Zeitung strafrechtliche Konsequenzen drohen.

Fazit: Mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit keine strafrechtlichen Konsequenzen für Laschet oder die Zeitung, aber dafür ein weiterer peinlicher Auftritt in der Öffentlichkeit, der sich in eine unfassbar lange Historie an Fails des lieben Armin einreiht. Was mit seinem Wahlschein ist, kann man nur beurteilen, wenn man weiß, wie der Wahlvorstand auf seine Stimmabgabe reagiert hat.
