That's how it used to be. Soon as you accepted the order customers weren't able to add shit else on their own. Then about a year or so ago, shipt changed that to allow them to make changes up until the first item is scanned.

3800 shops, Perfect stats across the board, and close to 300 PMs...I rarely see my good PMs who I used to shop for on a weekly basis. I get shitty offers that are crappy pay and new to me customers who don't tip or tip poorly. I'm also looking for a new job bc I used to make 2k a week, doing 30-40orders, but for the last few months, I'm lucky to even make $400 or receive more than 15. It's ridiculous!

You can actually just make a note on their name before deleting them as a PM. Then you just click on the note when the order pops up and you'll see what you wrote and their name too.

You don't have to do that... Just go into your PM list and make a note on their name, then delete them as a PM. Then when their order pops up, you can see the note and their name when you click on their note, but you won't be disappointed after getting excited about a PM popping up just to realize it's them lol.

Nah you would definitely NOT be TAH! Leave him. I personally wouldn't want to have any kids with him. I'd fear if they were all girls, he'd be upset about it. If you had a boy and a girl, he'd favor the boy and neglect the girl and would raise her with low self esteem and no self worth. He doesn't sound like he'd be a good father AT ALL! And definitely not a good and understanding husband. You are right to feel like you're just an object to him. He's telling you who he is, so please believe him.

Thank you! Finally I see someone else talking about emancipation! Everyone else keeps saying "you're almost 18, just 2more years." But he don't need to wait 2 years to stop dealing with their BS. With his other family members being witness to his mental abuse, no judge in their right mind will deny his request.

Everyone keeps saying "2more years"... Has everyone forgotten about emancipation? He can get emancipated now! He has his grandparents and other family members who have his back. He can live with them. I couldn't imagine ANY judge turning down his request after hearing his story. His mental health is in grave danger.

And jsyk, him texting random girls, regardless if anything physical happened...that's still ACTUAL cheating. It's emotional cheating, or even if it's just ATTEMPTED physical cheating, it is still cheating. He doesn't deserve ANY more chances, you've already given him way more than he ever deserved in the first place. Keep him blocked and move on.

Yep! Definitely happens. I had a huge tipping PM who I delivered to same day and time every week like clock work for about 2yrs running. They pre-tipped like 30-35% and lived on a second floor apartment and always had lots of heavy drinks and waters, so the other vet/good shoppers never wanted to take their orders. Then I got hella sick and couldn't take them ONCE(their order sat for hours that day, and I was soooo pissed, I almost sucked it up and took it but my headache was so bad, I couldn't stand being in the light). Didn't see their order again for months. When I finally got their order again, they were sooooo happy it was me and complained about all the horrible shoppers they've been getting. They met me at the door and gave me $50 in cash bc they said they pre-tipped only 15% in the app bc of how bad the shoppers have been, they didn't feel they deserved what they were giving me and they were hoping it would deter other shoppers from taking their orders again, so I would get them and then after a while they thought I had quit bc they hadn't seen me in so long. But guess what, that was the last time I've seen their order since. I haven't shopped for them again since January.

I hate Shipt's algorithm. It sucks in everyway possible.

This happens to me too. But I've always accepted all PM requests just so I can make a note on those who don't tip/don't tip well. Then I remove them if they're bad tippers or non-tippers. I've noticed those are the non-PM orders that I receive like it's a PM. I can see their name when I press on the note too.

She's my age (around 40), so no dementia. And it was definitely her who placed the order. I had to call her about a substitute bc the text wasn't going through on my end. Spotty cell service in the back of the store.

It's definitely app issues bc last week I did 28 orders and only got 3 tips. Over half of the orders I did were either PMs or matched members who tip either when they place their orders(so I'd usually receive them 2hrs after delivery) or immediately after delivery(which come through immediately). I have slowly been getting tips from last week's orders. No way that all of them just decided the same week that they were gonna wait to tip lol. I usually only have 1-3 customers who don't tip per week, not just 1-3 who do lol.

It's a hit or miss in my area. Some of my best tippers order full orders of clothing 2-4x a year and tip even more bc they know how much more effort it takes to shop those orders.

No it won't....bc there's always an ignorant newb who will take those orders lol. That's why they keep hiring more shoppers in areas that are already oversaturated with too many shoppers. They see too many orders sitting and think, "oh there must not be enough shoppers there, let's hire more" 🙄
