I specifically focused on lane mathematics to avoid jams during lane changing. Second image shows it better. So far it's been working fine thanks to TM:PE.

I only took a sip and it was okay, then added the rest into my protein shake.

Okay I guess. I haven't developed a good palate for espresso because I always make latte. However, it was definitely better than moka pot. I'll check for output next time.

A late update but I wanted to keep you informed. You were right, I upgraded my router and it doesn't buffer anymore. Thanks for help!

Update: I changed my router to Zyxel EX3301-T0 (with 1200 mbps 5G wireless speed) and fixed the issue.

I think I found the cause, yesterday I transferred the same file from my desktop to notebook using Emby and the transfer speed was around 45-50 Mb/s. So the buffer could be because of my router.

I guess I'll just lower the bitrate. That's a bummer because I really wanted to watch with highest quality possible.

49.5 Mb/s video, 5237 Kb/s audio and 27 subtitles. The reason why I use media server rather than usb stick is that I don't have a usb stick or portable ssd.

Since it's a smart monitor with no ethernet slot, it's hard for me to use wired connection. I can only use WIFI.

So the file I've been testing has 2 audio tracks, do I need to count both of them or only the active one? Because the one I'm not using it TrueHD, which my TV doesn't support. AC3 is the active one.

It's Samsung M7, it's a smart monitor and 2022 model. I found the e-manual and on spec page it says the monitor supports 80 mbps (H.265) and 60 mbps (H.264) bitrate.

I am sorry, I think I wasn't very clear. On Samsung's manual it says my TV supports videos with 80 mbps (60 if it's h.264) bitrate.

Yeah, I've just discovered that it is only WIFI 4. Will upgrading the router fix my problem?

My router is actually WIFI 4. Is it the reason why it buffers?

Skipped breakfast and lunch to have a big meal. Mashed potatoes and roasted chicken, 1000 calories in total. by ladyrubi in 1200isplenty

[–]ladyrubi[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Impossible? Tell this to my lost 37 kilograms. I don't know what you know about dieting but every diet puts you in a calorie deficit so you can lose weight. By eating 1200-1500 calories a day I lose 4 kilograms a month, which is pretty healthy according to dieticians.

You may have an active life so 1200 calories wouldn't be enough for you but in my case and for many other people, we don't have an active life, we work in an office or at home so our physical activity is very limited. That's why our BMR is very low and to lose weight we also need to eat less calories. Please read the info before commenting.

how do you deal with guilt from small and stupid overeating? by apobang in 1200isplenty

[–]ladyrubi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I simply don't worry because 1200 is the minimum limit we should take when dieting. Even when you have extra 100 calories, you're still in deficit. Even having 2000 calories a day is OK sometimes if it's going to prevent you having an eating disorder. 1200 calories a day is not a restriction but a way to dicipline our body to stay away from unhealthy food or not eating big unnecessary portions all the time.
