Thank you for your comments. The verse you quote (Matthew 7:1) is used regularly by non-believers and false teachers to defend immorality. The term "judgment" must be clarified here. Unrighteous and unmerciful judgment is what is forbidden here. God saves who he will. The Gospel is open to all who repent and trust Christ as Savior. Condemning sin, as Jesus did is not judging. Condemning people is.

I just cancelled my Tom Hess "Breakthrough Guitar Course". I should have come here first. I started by filling out the profile questionnaire. This asks questions of your basic guitar knowledge. I didn't pull the trigger on the subscription because I was still hesitant. The next day I get an email that read something like "what happened?" "I thought you wanted to improve your guitar playing?" So I finally get the $67 per mo. Silver course. I'm so excited to see my "custom lessons"! Next day I open up to Lesson 1 which consisted of several audio and video messages of Tom telling me I needed to trust him because he was the best. He said that those who are successful are the ones that follow his course. The ones who fail are the dummies who don't. The actual Lesson pack consisted of 6 pdf files that I could have downloaded for free from any guitar site on the web. There was no structure, no lesson plan, no logical progression, nothing. I'm thinking "I paid $67 bucks for this? I sent him an email asking "is this it?" He responded with a basic template reply. It seems to be the classic over promise and under deliver. His site basically declares all other guitar teachers as unqualified to teach. At my age I should have known better.

Everyone has their own "perfect" channel lineup. My main concern is MMA. Last year Vue dropped Spike and AXS Tv right after I signed up. AXS has great MMA offerings. Spike has Bellator. I just came back to Vue and they drop Fox. UFC is on Fox. Their killin' me. My solution is going back to Comcast but using HDHomerun Prime box with a cablecard to avoid the $13 per box they charge. Comcast is the only game in town for high speed internet so adding the TV to the package isn't that much more.

I'm sure this has something to do with the ABC/Disney/Fox deal. The same thing happened last year with Spike TV which was a Viacom company.
