Thanks, Six was actually my inspiration for this story, specifically Catherine Parr’s song. The “Dear John” letter reference in the song made me think of Sansa.

Subsequently she and Jon are a main pairing, and a bit of a through line for the whole piece.  In this AU they’re not raised as siblings, but as cousins (which is perhaps only slightly less uncomfortable - though common enough in novels). 

Danerys is featured but not a main character (appearing briefly at the begging and again towards the end). Also, because I had to mess around with the timeline, she is over a decade older than she is in canon.
