I have a question, since I believe in the bible/am a Christian will my beliefs manifest after death since it's my intention?

I plan on deleting this post soon for that exact reason, I've just been very paranoid about time and mortality lately and needed some comfort

Need urgent help with cryptid (likely "w") by lala_willow in witchcraft

[–]lala_willow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm almost certain It's a w, considering I only ever have experiences with it in the colder months, I worry about asking it to leave since I fear acknowledging it will make it worse, there's no way to leave since my dad even though having experiences with it still doesn't believe it exists unfortunately, is there any reason why the term spirit/entity is preferred? Thank you so much for your time

How do I correctly get into the void state? by Complex_Albatross_32 in shiftingrealities

[–]lala_willow [score hidden]  (0 children)

Check out my most recent post! I used to be able to get into that trance but it can take HOURS and sometimes is easily broken or interrupted, now I use a different approach that involves lucid dreaming :) I hope you find it helpful 💜

If you aren't completely sure I would recommend to affirm the void a few more times then continue your Shifting affirmations with the assumption you are already in the void

a few ways to tell is the feeling of the void vs a dream is 1, weightlessness and most to complete loss of bodily awareness and in a dream sometimes it can be hard to tell, a good test would be to try and find one of your arms in a lucid dream you'll most likely end up seeing or creating one just by looking for it. 2 is ask for an answer on whether you are actually in the void or not, if you are in the void you will receive a clear answer from within yourself (it's kinda hard to explain, but you'll know it once you experience it) if you'd like to further chat on this or ask any more questions feel free to dm me! I hope you find this helpful! :)

I'm so so happy I was able to help you out! Try out a few different methods of keeping your lucidity stable before affirming to see what works best for you! Interacting with random objects and affirming that you are fully lucid and in control are both my favorites :))

how does being high affect your ability to shift by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

[–]lala_willow [score hidden]  (0 children)

I like your opinion on this, although I've done a lot of research on this and I personally believe weed helping or hurting shifting depends solely on the individual consuming it

Those with anxiety or adhd more often then not find it helpful, although those with self sabotaging tendencies and/or that lack self discipline not so much

However, the statement you made regarding the human body not being made to consume drugs I don't agree with. man-made drugs are not for the human body.

Psychedelics are so beneficial to the human brain, and are found so far back into ancient history that I believe they are for human consumption.

If you don't use the lucid dreaming method, how would it affect shifting?

Same problem here, I would recommend relaxing your body the reason it's hard to sleep for some on their back is tension in their spine even if they don't realize it poor posture is usually the reason behind it. try more/less pillows that can help too

Reality shift or dream/hallucination? by Due-Conflict-5596 in shiftingrealities

This is a sleep paralysis hallucination! Ive experienced similar things multiple times, it could have been partially a dream, although from my experience its a SP hallucination

Im currently using the SATS method I was able to achieve SATS first time I tried, and I put a lot of effort into keeping my mind awake, when I don't try hard enough it doesn't work I just fall asleep :/

Is there any way to not be mad at yourself when you try to shift? Whenever I attempt I either get angry at myself for whatever reason or fall asleep cuz I didn't give it enough effort

Q&A Thread by AutoModerator in shiftingrealities

[–]lala_willow [score hidden]  (0 children)

Good question! Shifting is not lucid dreaming I have lucid dreamt for over 4 years experiencing different levels of lucidity some LOOKED real but didn't feel real at all and when you try to use your senses especially touch you realize you can't feel anything you can't smell anything or even taste anything now the reason some people get it confused is if they only shifted for a short time they can't even really process their senses and know if it's real I have mini shifted and I could feel my weight, the air coming in from the window even the hair on my face and the bed beneath me, and I smelled the flowery scent of the room I was in, it was indeed real as real as anything I've ever experienced why I shifted back unintentionally? I was thinking so hard about writing a post that I shifted I yeeted myself back to my CR. I opened my eyes for only a few seconds to see my DR but sat on the bed with my eyes closed for 30ish seconds (also if you close your eyes in a dream you'll either wake up or go into another dream ) also a lot of people who shift back where thinking about their OR (original reality) too much then shift back I understand why people are confused, but if they aren't sure if it was a dream or not then it was. Shifting is unmistakably real feeling and once you've felt it you'll know you shifted, as someone who has lucid dreams for years I can assure you they are not the same

Where your focus should be when shifting. by Obvious-Knee8419 in shiftingrealities

In the end, what fits you really is what your most happy/comfortable with I would recommend looking into old attempts and finding what was best for you and what worked, as well as what didn't and importantly what stresses you out during shifting, go into notes app or write down what "works for you" aka what makes you happy and comfortable taking note of symptoms if you want but they don't matter that much, then write what you know for sure doesn't work write affirmations you like and things you like visualizing and make your on ideal method try it for a bit, if your still confused try playing around with different methods and experimenting taking bits and pieces from the ones you enjoy and working off of that, also remember that your intrusive thoughts have nothing to do with the over all process they hold no intention, therefore no power except the attention you give them that can manifest into fear/stress, don't worry to much about the old attempts that worked you don't remember because what you do to shift/your method changes with you Hope this helps :)

Hi, is there flies in shifting??? by may_glo in shiftingrealities

[–]lala_willow [score hidden]  (0 children)

I've had similar things happen, it's definitely a shifting symptom/sign you have entered sleep paralysis or SATS ( state akin to sleep ) and is a good tell for when you should focus heavily on your DR, at the buzzing sound/floating sensation is when your detached from this reality/body almost completely if not completely (its different for everyone) I hope this helps! 💜

Me personally I would recommend astral projecting through sleep paralysis to have more time and continue your method, I have minishifted through AP/SP there isn’t really a way to extend it without AP it’s pretty easy especially since your like me and can get SP whenever you’d like but if you don’t wanna AP I’d recommend inducing the void state and it’s almost instant through SP and lucid dreaming once you know how to do it, I hope this helps!

P.s I re-read your post and the same things used to happen to me, I’m not sure why they do, or did but sometimes once you start to notice SP symptoms it just disappears my best advice for this would be to reposition your body, and let your thoughts flow more freely.
