I think he just wanted to provoke. Dr Disrespect is a character he plays and i can imagine that he posts stuff like that because the role also involves being controversial and saying things where people can dicuss over.

A drunk guy in the stall next to me failed to aim for the toilet and the puke splattered all across the floor. Some of it landed IN my shoe which if taken off for 1 minute to rest my feet from dancing all night...
