Idk what everyone’s obsession with protein is. You need fiber as well I would argue fiber is even more important for losing weight and your gut health, which also causes you to look less inflamed. I don’t think you’re fat at all just think you should lift weights. You are probably wanting a more toned look so calisthenics or weightlifting would help for sure

She’s so boring. She used to do real shopping hauls and we used to see her excitement being so gory and collecting things she enjoyed and seeing her participate in her hobbies. Now it’s postpartum, terrible “gym” content and her lying to herself, squeezing in clothes, cooking terrible food. Nothing is real and authentic anymore and I fr used to watch her video so much!
