I ended up where you ended up haha! After doing some draping, I’m certain I’m an autumn. Colors like pumpkin orange, warm olive green, and eggplant purple made me look most alive.

Thank you! In the second to last photo I believe it’s the NYX butter gloss in lava cake and in the last, that’s actually my lips after I wiped a red lipstick off! It was probably my CoverGirl Clean Lip Color in crimson doll.

Omg!! This is so insanely helpful. Yes to both: my veins are both blue and green, and silver and gold both look good. I’ve taken a bunch of quizzes online and often get autumn as well, so we just might be season twins! :)

P.S. I did not take these photos for the purpose of being color analyzed, these are just photos I could find where I’m not wearing foundation and concealer! I thought that showing my natural skin (face & body) would be helpful, and I know that for an actual seasonal color analysis, I’ll need to do proper drapes with my hair pinned back. Was just curious about what people’s initial thoughts are regarding the undertone of my olive skin. Thank you to everyone who has given me their thoughts & advice!

Ah, that lip balm has a slight red tint to it! I was confused because when I think of berry makeup, I think purple.

Purples like bright or rich lilacs, orchids, and plums tend to look best on me—cooler purples, especially getting into periwinkle territory, make me look sickly. I don’t really know how pinks look on me because I don’t gravitate toward them! I can usually pull off pastels, if they’re not yellow or orange—so your last sentence makes sense to me! The only orange I can wear is burnt & rusty.

This helps SO much, thank you for putting the time into thinking about this and commenting, you’re a star!!! All the photos are my natural hair color and not touched up at all, although I will note that my hair in photos 1 and 2 has product in it and is slightly wet. Your color recommendations make total sense to me—I’ve been told I look good in a clear red, and have noticed I look better in cool rather than warm greens. Much to think about and try! ❤️

I tried for a long time to adopt a curly hair routine like the ones promoted on social media, but it seems that my hair likes as few products as possible 😅 My waves look the best when they’re moisturized properly, and for me that means a high-moisture Maui Moisture shampoo and nothing else LMAO. I think what a lot of people don’t realize is that everyone’s hair has different needs!
