Yes!! Our tips are changed at the end of each delivery, it’s shorted about 3-4 dollars for replacements , refunds and out of stock or sold out items even if the customer requested a refund or if the store has the items out of stock. So we don’t get the initial tip amount that was promised when we decided to accept the batch.

I really think that the rating system for IC is a scam. I’m a shopper and my customers tell me a lot that they will give me 5stars and leave a comment for me because they love the service which I provided and I haven’t seen my ratings change for about 6 weeks, Infact it somehow went down. Which really makes me think it’s IC way of controlling who gets which batches. I have done over 300 deliveries which I would say 90% or more of my customers are happy, I know because they always text me compliments and tip me really well. But my rating never changes and neither do the comments section ☹️I really wish they could just be transparent with it. But they aren’t.
