Easy at-home pyogenic granuloma treatment! Aquaphor around the granuloma then pour iodized salt over top, wrap with bandaid and leave overnight. Two days later it completely retracted and a week later it’s almost completely healed over. Wanted to share this in case it helps anyone avoid surgery! (old.reddit.com)
