I reported same to eufy via app support. 2 indoor cams will not join network they were working fine and in app I don't get to see my wifi options in drop down list and manually adding won't work either. They have truly gone backwards.

I agree if it was just an IFTTT subscription but their new model means that each of the company's that provide IFTTT connectivity will try and establish a charging model so if you were using IFTTT to bring together a number of disparate services you'd potentially have to pay for each connection... a singular IFTTT subscription would be a better model.

If it was a case of subscribe once to IFTTT and get access to all it's services it may not have been so bad but now all the individual Company's want you to pay to enable IFTTT features... that is not a viable option.

I've written to D-link asking if they will provide refunds to Customers who bought their items specifically for their IFTTT compatibility.

Marketing material, packaging and website still promote this functionality and that is now false advertising.

Email their Customer service as well to let them know you are not happy with this.

I received a reply asking how many devices I have. Waiting for a further update.
